3. Retention and Permanent Deletion of Files

• Retention period: The images received will be stored on our servers for a maximum period of 30 consecutive days from the date they are submitted.
• Permanent deletion: Once the 30-day period has expired, all images will be permanently and automatically deleted from our systems and backups, with no possibility of recovery.
• Contact information: Your name, phone number, and vehicle information will only be retained for the time necessary to manage the estimate request or follow up on the requested service.
